Online booking

Minimum night stay applies on public holidays & event weekends.

Check-in time

Check-in time is 2:00pm - 10:00 pm. If you plan to arrive early or late please contact the reception in advance on +61 8 8269 3655. Late check-in after 10:00 pm is possible by accessing our key safe box, however this must be pre-arranged with reception prior to 10:00 pm. If you have not arrived & have not contacted us by 10 pm you are responsible for the full charge of your reservation & your room may be rented to another party.

Check-out time

Check out time is by 10:30 am. No check-out is necessary. Please leave keys with reception.

Occupancy

Advertised rates are for double occupancy unless advised otherwise. Children 3 & under stay free. The additional guest fee is $20.00 for persons from 12 years old and $15.00 for children 3-11 years old. Most rooms have a maximum guest occupancy of 2 adults and one child.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking which includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please use receptacles. Smoke cleaning fee of $100 per day will be assessed to rooms where smoking is evident.

Parking

Parking is for guests only.

Children

Children 12 & under should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Payment

We accept cash, eftpos, visa & master card only.

Due to administration/banking costs $20 AUD will be deducted on refund if booking is Cancelled up to 30 days of arrival date. No refund - if cancelled within 30 days of arrival

No credit available for early departure. Check out after 10:30 am will result additional 1 night room charge.

Property Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Any cancellations with advance notice will have no charge. No shows & no calls are not acceptable & will be charged for the full reservation.
